amoviti can identify a document and fill in the details that matter — the document type, policy numbers, expiry dates, insurers — then use them on each person's records, in reminders and in your score.
Automatic, once, free
Every document you add is read automatically, once and at no cost: amoviti works out what it is, files it in the right category and fills in the details it can find. There is nothing to tap and no credit is used — however many documents you add.
Analysing again
Tap Analyse on a document to run it again — for example after you correct its category, or if the first result was incomplete. Each re-analysis uses one credit. This is the only thing credits pay for; questions to the Assistant have their own allowance, described under Assistant.
| Plan | Credits |
|---|---|
| Free | 5 in total |
| Plus | 50 per month |
| Signature | 200 per month |
The Free allowance is a lifetime total rather than a monthly one.
What can be analysed
Analysis has tighter limits than upload:
- •Maximum 10 MB and 50 pages — smaller than the 25 MB upload limit.
- •Formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, BMP and TIFF.
A large scan can upload perfectly well and still be too big to analyse. Re-scan it at a lower resolution, or split it into parts.
When you are not charged
- •The file is an unsupported type, too large or has too many pages.
- •The image cannot be read.
- •The document is byte-for-byte identical to one already analysed — you get the existing result back.
Checking what amoviti filled in
Details amoviti is less sure of are marked for you to confirm. Your own corrections are kept separately from what amoviti found, so you can always tell the two apart.
Health documents
amoviti recognises when a document is a health record, records its type and stops there. Nothing is captured from its contents, and any credit is returned.
