The Dashboard is the first screen after you sign in. It answers two questions at a glance: how ready is my family, and what should I do next.
Family readiness
The panel at the top shows four figures, each of which opens its own screen (on your phone they sit under the score):
- •Preparedness score — your overall score out of 100, with its letter grade and how it changed this month. Open it to see exactly which items earned points. This is the one score for your family.
- •Emergency workflows — how many of your emergency workflows are ready to run, as a percentage.
- •Family contacts — how complete your contacts' details are.
- •Assets — how many of the things you own have every detail recorded.
Below the figures, Start here names the single most important thing to do next, with one button that takes you straight there. It is chosen for you: taking the readiness check if you have not, otherwise the most urgent problem, otherwise the most valuable next step.
Needs attention
Things that are wrong or expiring right now — a document past its expiry date, a policy due for renewal, a contact with no email address, a workflow that cannot run as written. Each item says whose it is, why it matters and links to where you fix it. When nothing is wrong, the list says so.
Treat this as your to-do list. It only ever contains items that affect whether your family would actually be helped.
Upcoming
Renewals and deadlines in the next 90 days, soonest first, so you can act before they become problems. Anything already overdue is under Needs attention instead. View all opens the full timeline.
Next steps
The most valuable things you have not done yet, ordered by how much difference they make. Unlike Needs attention, nothing here is broken — it is simply not finished yet.
Suggestions
Ideas amoviti found in your documents: a home without insurance, a dependent's missing papers, and changes such as a move or a new job, each with a suggested checklist. Accept what helps; dismiss what doesn't apply.
Summaries
- •Family — each person in your household and how many records are still worth adding, then the contacts whose details are unfinished. Open it to go to Family.
- •Emergency — each of your workflows and whether it is ready.
If an emergency is active
A banner at the top of the Dashboard shows what is happening: which workflow is running, when it started and how far delivery has got. It links to the emergency's own dashboard, where you can follow each step or end it.
How to use the Dashboard well
- 1.Open Start here first — it is always the highest-value action.
- 2.Clear Needs attention whenever it is not empty.
- 3.When you have ten minutes, work through Next steps.
- 4.Check your score now and then to see what your changes were worth.
