Life Events are guided checklists for the moments that change what your family needs to know: buying a home, moving, a new job, a new child, marriage and travelling abroad.
Why they matter
Workflows go out of date quietly. A new mortgage, a new employer's life insurance or a new child all change who should be contacted and which documents your family would need. Life Events catch those changes so your workflows keep up with your life.
How it works
- 1.amoviti notices signs of a life event in your documents — for example a new lease or an employment contract — and suggests it.
- 2.You accept or dismiss it. Nothing changes on its own.
- 3.An accepted event becomes a short checklist: what to upload, which contacts to update, which workflows to review.
- 4.Tick items off as you go. The event is complete when the list is.
Example
You change jobs. When amoviti notices it, it suggests New job, and the checklist walks you through what typically changes with it — new workplace benefits and insurance, new contacts at work, and the parts of your workflows that mention your employer.
