How it is calculated

Those four areas total 90, so 90 is the highest score currently possible — a fifth area is defined but does not award points yet.
Reading your score
The score comes with a letter grade and a short description of what it means for your family today. The breakdown lists every item that earned points and every item that did not, so a score is never a mystery.
Improving it
- 1.Open the breakdown from the Dashboard.
- 2.Pick the item worth the most points that you have not done.
- 3.Do it — the score updates as you add documents, contacts, assets and workflows.
Focus on what matters to your family rather than chasing points: an emergency workflow your family can actually follow is worth more than a perfect number.
